Cosmetic Medical Training is enlisting training models for Botox and Juvederm/Restylane injections on the face. We are a board certified, physician operated training program that teaches medical providers how to inject Botox Cosmetic and Juvederm/Restylane. 

Botox

Get 1 area of Botox injection for $100.

Models MUST:

1. Understand that you are being injected by a medical provider who is learning how to inject Botox on your face.
2. Consent to all consent forms.
3. Fill out all necessary medical forms.
4. Understand that this is offered for two days only at the location indicated.
5. Understand 20 units of Botox or less will be injected over 1 area for $100.
6. Understand that additional areas will cost $100.
7. Understand that follow-up appointments may be limited depending on the location of the training. This information will be provided when you contact us. 
8. Understand Botox takes up to 7 days to start working. You may need additional units of Botox to obtain complete satisfaction which will be offered to you at the regular retail price depending on the location.

Dermal Fillers - Prevelle, Juvederm or Restylane.

4. Understand that this is offered for two days only at the location indicated.
5. Understand 1 syringe of Prevelle, Juvederm or Restylane will be injected.
6. Understand that additional syringes will cost $100 or $300 per syringe.
7. Understand that follow-up appointments may be limited depending on the location of the training. This information will be provided when you contact us. 
8. Understand that you may need additional syringes of dermal filler to obtain complete satisfaction which will be offered to you at the regular retail price depending on the location.
